Apartments are Held when the app and admin are paid however we do not hold apartments more than two weeks.

Apartments are held when applied for again only up to two weeks.
Can I choose a specific apartment before I move in?
You are welcome to apply for any apartment that shows as available in our system and that will be ready in that time frame.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, there are security deposits, $150, $250, $350 and conditional, all based on credit - deposits paid to the property directly are refundable at move out minus any final bills and damages
What payments are required before move-in?
App and Admin as well as your deposit (be it through us or Jetty / Guarantor

Is there an online application process?
Yes, you will apply and pay app and admin. We will verify your identification, all income meets requirements, perform a background check, credit check, as well as a rental history there are also documents we must complete per compliance.

What qualifications are needed to apply?
You must make 2.5x the rental income, pass a background check, and meet our credit requirements and have valid government Identification
When is rent due and how can it be paid?
Rent is due no later than the 5th of the month. Payments can be made via debit, credit or checking directly in the resident's profile. Money orders can be brought into the office, or you can pay using the MoneyGram account you are assigned.

Yes, debit, credit, and electronic check
Are there late fees for rent payments?
Yes, late fees at 10% of rent plus a $50 late notice fee
Do you require a security deposit and how is it handled?
Security deposits are due at move-in and are based on credit. Once your deposit is paid, it is held until move-out. Any monies owed will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining refund will be sent to the forwarding address on file

No utilities are included
What utilities are included in the rent?
Water, sewage and stormwater are billed monthly

Residents are responsible for the Electricity, Gas Service and Wifi

Renters insurance is not required because Property Loss Insurance is paid monthly here to the property.
